CHINWEM ONWUMERE

Chinwem acquired his Bachelor of Laws degree LLB from the Abia State University in 1997 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in year 2000.

Chinwem served as the pioneer Regional Legal Manager of the Northern Region for Skye Bank Plc from 2006 to 2016. He also set up and manned the international subsidiaries of Skye Bank Plc.

In December 2016, he moved to Suntrust Bank as the General Counsel and subsequently the Chief Compliance Officer dealing with regulatory and legal compliance issues of the Bank.

He is presently the managing partner at Chinwem C. Onwumere & Company.
